Why we should not drink water immediately before and after meals?

Drinking water before meals by diluting the stomach sap and weaken the digestive system leads to slow down this system. Drinking water is one of the basic needs that our lives depend on it. Water is a source of prosperity and survival. Drinking enough water is essential to maintaining our overall health, and hence, you should not drink water only when you are thirsty. By drinking enough water, body remains hydrated always. But sometimes we need to limit the drinking water in some situations because, contrary to what we expect it can has harmful effects on health. For example, drinking the water before, during, and after a meal is not recommended. But why? Drinking water before meals by diluting the stomach sap and weaken the digestive system leads to slow down this system. People who must take medication before meals, they should do it at least one hour before of meal, and reduce water consumption before lunch or dinner. On the other hand, drinking water after a meal directly affects the quality of food and the digestive system strong. It is no matter what kind of food you eat, the water acts as a coolant that will soon leads to unexpected weight gain.
